During the COVID -19 Pandemic, we will be operating a ' No-contact Delivery Service'.
This is done in 4 easy steps:
Step 1 - Place your Order though our website (
Step 2 - We will contact you through email or phone call, so you can to let us know where you would like the castle set up and where the nearest electrical socket is located and any other information we need.
Step 3 - Pay the remaining balance online using links sent in the confirmation email or by debit card.
Step 4 - We will deliver your castle for the time discussed, We will give you a knock to let you know that we are here but there will be no physical contact.
If we are taking power from an out building such as a shed or garage then we ask that its opened before we arrive to minimise contact.
All castles will be deep cleaned and sanitised between hires, along with any additional equipment used for the hire.
Our staff will wear a face mask or covering (Unless exempt), They are also provided with hand gel so that they can sanitise their hands before and after delivering each castle and when collecting.
At this moment in time we are unable to hire out ball pits or ball pools. But you can still enjoy our Bouncy Castles, or Fun Food items such as popcorn, slush and candy floss
